Uses:

CORIANDER ESSENTIAL OIL RECIPES

1.
Steamed Shellfish in Asian Broth
Ingredients: 24-21/25 ct. shrimp, 16 mussels, 16 littleneck clams, 12 drops Lime oil, 10 drops Coriander oil, 6 green onions, sliced on a sharp bias angle, 4 drops Ginger oil, 4 drops Black Pepper oil, 4 medium cloves garlic, minced, 2 shallots, julienne cut Kosher salt, 1 12-ounce can unsweetened coconut milk, 1 teaspoon fish sauce Zest, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 cup snow peas, sliced on an angle into 1-inch pieces, 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch long julienne strips, ½ cup white cooking wine, Juice of1 lime
​Instructions: Wash, scrub, and rinse clams and mussels in cold water. Pell, devein, and wash shrimp. Place seafood in refrigerator until ready. Place pot over medium heat. Add olive oil and coat bottom of pot. Add shallots and sprinkle with salt. When shallots are soft, add garlic and sauté. De-glaze pan with cooking wine. Add essential oils, juice, lime zest, fish sauce, and coconut milk. Simmer until broth reduces by roughly 1/3rd . Add clams and mussels and cover pot; let stem for 4-6 minutes. Add shrimp, onions, bell pepper, and pea pods; cook an additional 3-4 minutes. Serve immediately.

Carrot Salad
Ingredients: 6 medium radishes, cut into thin wedges. 2 scallions, thinly sliced on a sharp diagonal. 2 tablespoons Sherry vinegar. 2 teaspoons sugar. 1 cup walnut halves. 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil. 1 teaspoon honey. 1 drop Coriander essential oil. 1 pound small carrots, assorted colors if desired, scrubbed, very thinly sliced lengthwise on a mandoline.½ cup Greek yogurt. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
​Instructions: Toss walnuts and oil on baking sheet and bake about 6-8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sugar and seasonings immediately. Place Coriander essential oil, honey, vinegar, and yogurt in a small bowl and mix thoroughly; add salt and pepper to taste, then cover and chill in the refrigerator .Place carrot slices in bowl of ice water until they begin to curl. Drain carrots and dry on paper towel. Combine scallions, radishes, and carrots in large bowl and add dressing. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve immediately
